Job Overview:
We are looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive organic traffic, brand visibility, and online conversions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, content marketing, social media strategy, and analytics. This role involves planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to grow our business and achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
- Conduct keyword research to identify trends and optimize content accordingly.
- Perform regular website audits and improve site architecture, internal linking, and load times.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, backlinks).
- Stay updated with Google algorithms and SEO best practices.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, etc.).
- Optimize existing website content to improve rankings and engagement.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
PPC Campaigns & Paid Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research for PPC campaigns and optimize ad copy for better CTR.
- Track and report on paid campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Social Media & Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor performance.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor performance.
- Provide regular reports on SEO, PPC, and campaign metrics, with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (portfolio or case studies required).
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience with e-commerce marketing or lead generation campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing marketing trends and technologies.
